Finding the garments you require
|

There are several ways to find the garment you require. First select the gender on the home page, and select either a fabric type or garment style. Alternatively, search by garment reference number or style.

Sizing Information
|
|
|
Simply select a similar style of knitwear you currently wear and measure the fabric across the chest, left to right (armpit to armpit).
On the product page click on ‘Measurements’ compare the measurement in inches to our chart to find your size. Ladies beware! Whilst you may be a medium in a crop style, a small will fit you in a classic unisex garment, as the sizing is more generous.
This measurement is by far the most important and useful comparison. It will ensure you don't order the wrong size. If you are new to us, please don't skip this simple and effective check!

Adding items to your shopping basket
|

|
Left click on the square for the size and colour you require. Repeat this process if you require more than one size or colour. Then click on ‘Add to Basket’. You can review or amend your order in ‘View Basket’.

Checkout and Payment

|
To proceed to the checkout you will need to be logged in. Enter your email address and password for your account, and click the 'Login' button (Your email and password must match the information submitted when registering with Wool Overs).
If you are a new customer, you will need to register on this site before you can place your order. Simply go to the registration page and complete the details in the form provided.
Select either the billing address, or create a new delivery address if you would like your purchases sent elsewhere. Then click on continue and pay.

Promotional Code

If you have been given a promotional code, you will need to submit the code in the section provided on the checkout page and then click on 'Apply' to activate the discount.

Q. Why can't I login?
A. Either the email address or password you have submitted does not match the one you used when registering. Ask the site to send you a reminder of your password. Don’t forget the Login is case sensitive, so make sure you have your capital letters in the right place, and your ‘caps lock’ key (on your keyboard) isn’t activated.
Please note: all existing customers who registered on our old website before the 5th July 2007, will need to re-register.
Q. When does payment get charged?
A. When you submit payment details for an order, we will only
pre-authorise the value of the order with your card issuer. The actual payment is taken on the day the order is despatched. Payment is not taken on garments which have yet to be despatched.
Q. Why can’t I see any garments in my basket and I cannot click through to the checkout page?
A. This site requires cookies to be enabled
What are cookies?
Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. Woolovers uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your basket. To this end, you need to have all cookies enabled. Most browsers have cookies enabled but the information below will show you how to turn on cookies should you need to.
Cookies cannot harm your computer and do not contain any personal or private information.
Enabling Cookies within Internet Explorer 6 & 7:
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Privacy tab, ensure that your Privacy level is set to 'Medium' or below, which will enable cookies in your browser.
To customize your privacy settings for an individual web site
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab, and then click Edit.
In 'Address of Web site', type the complete address of the web site: http://www.woolovers.com
To specify that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies from the specified Web site to be saved on your computer, click Allow.
Enabling Cookies within Firefox:
In Firefox, on the Tools menu, click Options.
