This item looked terrific in the promo image but in reality it was very disappointing. It was enormous, shapeless and really unflattering nothing like it looked in the picture. The colour was also not the same as seen in promo. Just one of those things I guess it was not for me. However, I will say that the one thing I was impressed by was the customer service/returns process. Very easy to return and refunded at once . So though the item I ordered was not suitable I would order from Woolovers again.

I love the dress, it is just what I had hoped for.
However, the ordering process was a bit difficult because I ordered the wrong size after I had had a look at your size guide. So the dress I first ordered was way too big and had to be exchanged for a smaller one. But the exchange was very easy and quick.
